Hi,

I don't know exactly that SPA942 phones can be monitored through
sipXecs RLS. During tests I saw that phone sent the NOTIFY message
about early state of connection. Look at a packet #70 in a file
http://track.sipfoundry.org/secure/attachment/26642/patched-sipx-BLF-test-Broadsoft-SIP-B-filtered.pcap
Unfortunately, I don't have sipXecs snapshot for this test and I
couldn't reproduce it. I suppose that the problem can arise because of
errors in SPA942 phone firmware.
