Hi, I looked at your trace and I see that you have the exact same behavior that I have with my linksys (941/942/962).
In fact when SIP-B is enabled, the subscription is accepted, and then you get a notification of the state of the phone. (this is your packet #70) But after that, the phone never sends another notification to update the state when it changes. There is definitely a problem with the linksys firmware.
