I don't think it's about redirecting it to MOH, its about being able
to satsify RFC2543 if for someone needs to without building a new MOH
or hold method. I understand RFC2543 is a silent only hold at the
phone. I am just saying that is there a way to make a silent hold
method with FS somehow assuming an alias that appears to be 0.0.0.0. I
think maybe there is, and maybe there isn't. It helps to satisfy some
people's requirements. I have no use for it anyway though.
