I'm working on setting up OpenACD for the first time. In reading the wiki, there is a lot of old information that needs to be updated. I'm happy to do that as I go through my own configuration of OpenACD for testing.
Is there a primary resource for bouncing content off of, or just post questions in the Dev list? For example - I am sure this is no longer a requirement, and will remove it unless someone tells me otherwise - this is specifically under wiki 4.6 instructions. And yes, I know the devs are busy writing code and the wiki is not their priority - I'm hoping assist as best I can on this. yum install sipxopenacd service mongod start service sipxecs restart Additionally - logging into ports 5050 and 9999 seem to no longer be required, is that correct? If not, where are the agent and supervisor pages located? Are there any sample recipes that are fully supported that can be imported and documented in the wiki? Any other documents in possession that can be used to document the wiki pages?
