I would think for a business you would want to have the option of recording the conference as part of your records for many reasons. It would be nice to have a conferences page that lists dates, times, duration, participants, etc of all the conferences held, and links to recordings of those conferences, either for future reference, research, or to avoid litigation, etc.
Some options should be available on the administrative level where company policy comes into play, while other options would be available to the user, such as email notification, or sending a copy of the conference to the inbox.
