I understand your point, but let's say you fire John from your company today, and tomorrow he files a complaint with the labor department detailing the contention of unfair dismissal, he suspects, are over the contents of a conference call. John, has no option to receive email notification that the conference call took place and was completed on the date in question and you don't know what the hell he's talking about. John has no recourse, you win, and sipx is complicit.
