We're talking about options for the user. The user should have the option to receive a simple email notification about a conference call he initiated. A recording should not be attached, unless you don't mind being embarrassed like the FBI when anonymous posted one of their conference calls online earlier this year.

I don't see the point in alerting by email something they should already, inherently, know.
