Hi Tony, the connection and registering is made from a Patton Gateway SN4638 (R5.2) configured in sipx as unmanaged gateway. The gateway and the provider are connected directly over the internet (no firewall on our side). I also gave this problem to Patton and they want to make a trace today on our gateway, so I hope they find something.
