Hi all:
i have got exact the same problem with my installation:
External Call ringing for 20 seconds, phone stops ringing, sipx is
indicating to the caller that it is still ringing
no voicemail.
but our setup differs from yours:
sipx <-> (sip) asterisk - sirrix isdn cards <-> public telco
Polycom 650 SIP phones
The next scenario i want to try is
sipx <-> patton 4554 <-> public telco
