I think he's talking about adding a: <musicOnHold voIpProt.SIP.musicOnHold.uri="[EMAIL PROTECTED]"<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> />
line on /etc/sipxpbx/polycom/mac-address.d/sip-2.0.cfg.vm to generate all the profiles. He might be using an early 3.11 version, before moh support for polycom.
