i'm using sipxconfig, though i must have broken this while changing the messaging settings to work with url dialing disabled. pretty stupid on my end. i really have no idea how i would've accomplished that for all phones, though. do you know what config files/settings i have to roll back to fix this?

Your SUBSCRIBE is to the wrong address. Are you using sipXconfig to write the configuration for your phone or are you doing it by hand?
