The difficulty we have there is there is on one person from my IT department there at most 3 days per week.
The volume of calls is pretty good and we are finding our receptionists Polycom 650 reboots, so we slowly disconnected her sidecars and changed a lot of BLF's to speedials. She has a long standing habit of paging people. To that end we have 40'ish phones (mosty 330's, the rest 650's) in one paging group. We do see an issue that she doesn't always hear the chime and the page won't go through. This site has a VPN connection to 2 other offices and we can inter-office dial natively via dialplan entries. Once her phone starts rebooting, the system degrades to the point where call parks get lost or un-retrievable. So we've made it a point to set the system for normal maintenance (shceduled restarts) weekly to avoid this while we evaluate 4.0 (which i am doing now) and see if that help in the off-chance the 3.1.2 firmware has a better compatibility with paging/parking in sipxecs going forward. So while 3.1.2 is successful, it's not implemented in a way I would normally do in a production environment. > > > Go to 3.1.0 or 3.1.1 with 4.1.2 bootrom. > > I upgraded to 3.1.2 with 4.1.2 bootrom on a small test population > yesterday.
