After you have doen so, manually reboot ONLY ONE phone. After it loads the bootrom, then firmware (your existing dns should be pointing to sipx for tftp, so that shouldn;t need to be changed), the phone should be properly. If it does and registers and works OK, then reboot the pther phones and let them upgrade too.
