Hi Nathaniel. I see you're using TFTP Option 66, but can you confirm that the Polycoms are indeed using Server Type FTP? (Menu - 3 - 2 - 456 (password) - Enter softkey - 1 - 1 - scroll down and enter Server Menu.) We support FTP access for Polycom provisioning, and that is the recommended method. I've seen Polycoms have problems with TFTP. Also the latest BootROM is 4.1.2 RevB and SIP Application is 3.1.3 RevB, you can get them here: http://polycom.com/support/voice/soundpoint_ip/soundpoint_ip670.html I suggest the "Combined" SIP Application download, its smaller. SIP Application is 3.1.3 RevB was released only yesterday.
