Well the idea I had in mind was some sort of busy tone. But as I 
understood it's the phone that should do that in case something goes 
wrong with the blind transfer. What is probably the best real example I 
can bring is the case when I try to blind transfer to an nonexistent 
extension. My phone shows something on the screen and I do not hear any 
tone. The call I'm trying to transfer is still audible during the whole 
process.

Yes I agree, It's what I thought as a workaround.
