I might suggest the proper settings for the polycom phone when using that 
headset but i dont know what they are.
I know what they are for the GN9350e though...

Yes, plantronics mode on the polycoms coupled with the APP-5 ehs adapter  
works just fine, but BLF ringing alerts cause the ehs adapter to send a  
ringing state to the plantronics headset which causes the wireless headset  
to emit a beeping sounds. This behavior is correct for registered lines,  
but this shouldn't be happening when a BLF button changes to ringing state.  
It really annoys the user of the wireless headset when they're monitoring  
20 extensions and get beeped every time one of them rings. If I could turn  
off some of the enhanced BLF features, even if I had to put them in the  
config files of the phone, that would be awesome.
