It didn't make 4.0.3. I am actually already running it.

Ranga,

Will this patch be part of 6.0.3?

Thanks,

   Mike

Thanks to the tireless efforts by Ranga, a patch I used seems to have
worked. I will do more extensive testing Monday. Here is what I did as
root from sheel on the sipXecs system to get the patch and run it.

mkdir /bridgepatch

cd /bridgepatch

wget http://track.sipfoundry.org/secure/attachment/22062/patch13.zip

unzip patch13.zip

cd patch

chmod +x runme.sh

./runme.sh

You should check that

/usr/share/java/sipXecs/sipXbridge/sipXbridge.jar

and
/usr/share/java/sipXecs/sipXcommons/jain-sip-sdp.jar

are brand new files, backup copies will be in the saved-files directory
relative to your patch in the event you need to get back to where you
started..

I think rebooting might be necessary in order to get this working, since
replacing a working java file might not actually be effectively
restarted. Correct me if I am wrong on that.

sipXbridge or is there a special configuration note I have missed?

        sipXecs 4.02 (ISO)

        sipXbridge (server behind NAT)

        ITSP is bandwidth.com

inbound/outbound calls work to users, just AA disconnects if I
choose a hunt group or user.

I have MOH turned on at sipXbridge and off at the phone (Polycom
650/latest GA bootrom/firmware), so I "shouldn't be seeing" a race
condition.

        Have I done everything properly?

        I'm not answering myself... really.

IF I have MOH turned off on sipXbridge AND the phone, I get
silence when the call is transferred, but it does work, though I cannot
hear the ring, audio is fine "except" during the silent ring. Ugh.

Is this a known issue? It does not match XX-4673 or XX-6770
(though I see calls through CDR that should have been disconnected even
after a couple of hours).
