By default International calling is at the top. When setting a dialplan to "strip" 011 and send to a SBC it looks like a regular call and works, but when you restrict the International dialing to select users (or at least I did) the proxy log said they didn't have international permission (which is true, but the way). But also "placement of the rule" matters. Is it really normal for International dialing to be right below "911" or should it by default be moved to just above "internal/autoattendant"?
