I have had 3 Power supplies die on my AudioCodes MK1. I am on my forth.

Support is not good. Cannot deal directly with AudioCodes and have to deal
with reseller and 3 weeks support. If you go with AudioCodes, I would
strongly suggest having a backup and getting Next Business Day support.
