Wizards: I know the word "wizard" may bring a bitter taste some, but I feel they are incredibly helpful for new users. I don't think it's nesessary to elaborate on the detials, but a proper system setup wizard (or interview) will go a long way to improving first impressions. I still get a good laugh every time I get to the DNS/DHCP setup screen and it asks "YES, this SHOULD NOT be the DNS server!" ...Kinda like "Nobody doesn't like Sara Lee" :) Templates: I'm probably the youngest "old pbx" guy on here at 36, but I still find myself missing some of the simple things like copy/pasting an extension. Sorry Scott, I guess that's a feature request, but I think it speak your current goals of simplicity. Please consider BLF and user templates. Thanks for all your hard work.
