The situation is this:

91564xxxx call to 915569xxx. The call is going to telsome.com and we
receive inbound call to our sipxecs box. Number 915569xxx is set as
alias to one of our users and call is forwarding to the phone registered
to our sipxecs box with this user name. This phone is using:
80.224.4.61:60276.

So do you mean that the problem with connection and missing audio can be
produced from the phone that use 80.224.4.61:60276?
