In general, using STUN with sipXecs is neither needed nor helpful, and
can cause problems.

Not that I can see.  I'd suggest setting the DTMF to "RFC 2833", since
that's what sipXecs requires.

Does the phone log anything when it's rejecting a call?  You may have to
contact Siemens for help.
