I asked and yes, we are running the latest firmware on this phone.

Yes, yesterday we set the default port range used for RTP on the phone
to be 30000-31000. We still get from time to time the problem with no
audio. Now we set on the router all packages from these ports to be
forwarded to the phone. Following the manual for incoming calls. Maybe
this will help.

What is your opinion, is it possible this to help about the audio
problem?

We will try later to put the phone to use also public address without
router to see how it will work for inbound and outbound calls.

Yes, Tony. I agree with you about STUN and possibility to cause
problems. The phone right now is remote. Using STUN was the only way to
solve no audio problem on inbound calls. Anyway we will continue with
tests and try to find out how to solve this problem permanently.
