This is my first dealings with an inbound sip trunk. We setup a toll free dial-in number (which we'd like to setup for conference calling) thru voip.ms. When you dial the 866 number, it goes straight to the operator.
According to their website, they pass the whole number - so I entered this number as an alias on my user account - the call always goes to the operator. What am I missing?
