When I added my 2nd did number for testing it took a bit of random searching to find that field (I remembered having seen it somewhere in earlier testing). I really didn't expect it to be under the SBC, I expected it would be somewhere under the gateway, that was the main problem for me.
Having the default go to operator IMO is reasonable, if you didn't have that default there nothing would work until the user figured out what the itsp was sending (which requires a deep dive down to the command line, DEBUG traces, and sipviewer) and that they should be using aliases on the AA or users to receive calls at all. -Eric On Feb 5, 2010, at 10:53 AM, M.
