You will also need to ensure the alias is in the format the provider
is sending it to you in.

(i.e. 1NPANXXyyyy or 14345551212).

You can place an alias on the AutoAttendant or user. In order to get
it to a hunt group, create a user with no phone, forward the calls to
the hunt group all the time, and put the DID number in the alias field
of that "phantom user".
