Turn off voicemail on the phantom user. Whenever you call a hunt
group, you cannot repeat the same user (line) in the huntgroup. It can
only be used once.

Ring ext 456 for xx seconds
if no answer then ring extension 457 for xx seconds
at the same time ring extension 458 for xx seconds
etc.

Not with a hunt group. You can specify "hold music" for ACD queues.
