Anyone using Call Center - ACD features? I can't seem to get it to work.  I'm 
trying to implement ACD instead of call hunting in our deployment.  But I can't 
get the calls to go through.  I have anabled ACD, created a QUEUE, and assigned 
users to the queue.  Then I created a phantom user to forward the calls to the 
ACD.  However, when in incoming call goes through the server, it gets a 
notification that the extension is unavailable and gets directed to VM of the 
phantom user right away.

Anyone successfully got this working?
