One thing at a time. I'm sure if you disabled the dial plan rule you created
and restarted services, you will see the AA probably now works (i.e., dial
plan back to defaults). You don;t have to delete the rule(s) you created,
just disabled them.

How you created your dial plan and where you place an item in the dial plan
DOES MAKE a difference.

I think you "might be able" to set it to a user, it's not the typical way to
do that though, because all calls would be routed to ONE user.  I don;t
think it matters until you fix what's wrong with the dial plan.
