You would need to remove the callerID for the gateway because it overrides other values.
You would need to create a user group for the "bulk" of your users and put that callerid in the group setting. I would not add the three users into that group, and set theirs manually. Your carrier may not like it if you sent an internal line number as a callerID if they do not have a personal callerID set or do not belong to your callerID user group. Depending on the size of your installation, You maye just consider setting them all manually per user, with not default callerID settings at the gateway.
