All fields of siptrunk callerid configuration screen are empty. Except for "keep digits", which is 0. I have a group named 391580 with all (except for three) users in it, and group caller id 4112391580. Three users, that have did, have their own caller id configured. For example user 240 has did 391501 and caller id 4112391501. User 240 is not memeber of the above group. Should this work? I thought yes... But when 240 calls out through the sip trunk, i see the following outgoing invite Time: 2010-04-09T12:10:19.660000Z Frame: 22 sipxbridge.xml:827 Source: sipx.sip.esotel.ru-sipXbridge Dest: 78.31.218.3:5060 INVITE sip:[email protected];user=phone SIP/2.0 Call-ID: MmIxMzZjOGFiZTcwOTQ3ZjAyYWQ2ZjFmMDhhNzI1N2Y..0 CSeq: 1 INVITE From: "kond" <sip:[email protected]>;tag=8641566218101280985 To: <sip:[email protected];user=phone> Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 217.106.156.51:5080;branch=z9hG4bK5f59f5fa3aead002d7f1559a35bac31b363132 Max-Forwards: 70 User-Agent: sipXecs/4.0.4 sipXecs/sipxbridge (Linux) Contact: <sip:[email protected]:5080;transport=udp> Route: <sip:78.31.218.3:5060;transport=udp;lr> Session-Expires: 1800;refresher=uac Allow: INVITE,BYE,ACK,CANCEL,OPTIONS Content-Type: application/sdp Content-Length: 317 What am i doing wrong? You would need to create a user group for the "bulk" of your users and put that callerid in the group setting. I would not add the three users into that group, and set theirs manually. Your carrier may not like it if you sent an internal line number as a callerID if they do not have a personal callerID set or do not belong to your callerID user group. Depending on the size of your installation, You maye just consider setting them all manually per user, with not default callerID settings at the gateway. And there is no common pattern for translating internal numbers into caller ids. Outgoing calls are routed through a siptrunk. After reading http://wiki.sipfoundry.org/display/xecsuserV4r0/How+to+configure+Caller+ID i'm still unclear how to do what i need. I configured a group caller id for a group of all users. And i configured personal caller ids for three users. I tried different variants of caller id configuration in my siptrunk, but alas .. i've never seen those caller id, that i configured for a user group, or for an individual user. Only "default caller id" field in siptrunk configuration worked for me. But it is not what i need... Has anybody succeded with analogous task? Mmm ... where individual caller id will appear? Thanks in advance, Nikolay. P.S. I use 4.0.4 installed from iso. _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-users sipXecs IP PBX -- http://www.sipfoundry.org/ -- ====================== Tony Graziano, Manager Telephone: 434.984.8430 Fax: 434.984.8431 Email: [email protected] LAN/Telephony/Security and Control Systems Helpdesk: Telephone: 434.984.8426 Fax: 434.984.8427 Helpdesk Contract Customers: http://www.myitdepartment.net/gethelp/ Why do mathematicians always confuse Halloween and Christmas?
