So after looking into the trace a bit more I see the acd send an IP of 
127.0.0.2 in the invite.  So I think to myself....hmmm i wonder if it thinks 
127.0.0.2 is not a local network.

Add 127.0.0.0/24 to the list of local subnets and bingo!  Works great.

I can't see any harm with that setting, in fact wasn't that default for the 
longest time?

I need to go check one of our older ACD clients to check the subnet setting to 
see what older versions used. Of course alot of our older customers use ingates 
and do not use the nat function at all.
