Because bria adds a 9 and so does the dialplan and strip it, there are too many 9's.
None of my bria's add a 9, ever. ============================ Tony Graziano, Manager Telephone: 434.984.8430 Fax: 434.984.8431 Email: [email protected] LAN/Telephony/Security and Control Systems Helpdesk: Telephone: 434.984.8426 Fax: 434.984.8427 Helpdesk Contract Customers: http://www.myitdepartment.net/gethelp/ ----- Original Message ----- From: Norman Branitsky <[email protected]> To: sipx-users <[email protected]> Cc: Tony Graziano <[email protected]> Sent: Sun Oct 03 21:29:22 2010 Subject: Re: [sipx-users] Bria 3.1 problem with numbers that start with a 9 On 10/3/2010 6:10 PM, Tony Graziano wrote: > REMOVE the dial plan from the Bria phones so they act the same way the > hardphones do. I can do that. The strange thing is that the dial plan works for 99.9% of all the numbers I call including numbers that start with 905. It's also not clear why a user dialed "9" prefix would behave differently then a "9" prefix inserted by the phone as the sipXecs Local dial plan should strip the "9" prefix in either case. -- Norman Branitsky +1 416.798.7948 Cherniak Software Development Corporation Fax: +1 416.798.0948 509-2001 Sheppard Avenue East [email protected] Toronto, ON M2J 4Z8 sip:[email protected] Canada http://www.CherniakSoftware.com _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/
