This is not available in 4.2.1.

This is not yet useable or functional in 4.3.2 due to several  outstanding
fixes that are waiting for a commit (siptruning broen, for example right
now).

You can pretty much forget about using trunking unless you use a POTS line
with an ATA that has t.38 OR a siptrunk that uses t.38. VERY few providers
offer t.38.

I am constantly posting information on this, so stay tuned...
