It means the media is not anchored. It should be considered 'experimental' and I knew it would open a lot of queries (again).
In any case if one of your UA's are remote, they would not anchor their media. If your issue is media with the ua being behind sipxbridge, I don't suppose it would actually matter, but it might be worth a try. (i.e. it would not change the gruu stuff as far as I can imagine, and if that's your problem, it will likely continue, but a trial might yield the correct answer).
