The fact that a "1" is being appended is bothersome. I would delete and
recreate the gateway.

No, specifying the Caller ID ONLY on the user gives me
1+extension.

Todd,

You lost me...  you are thinking the Polycom phone has
something to do with the outbound Caller ID being sent?  The
logs show the EXACT same thing as the receiving end gets.

I am baffled how I can be the only person to run into
this... perhaps a new bug?
