We all understand how it can be frustrating to get something working that you imagine should be simple. Taking it out on someone who is trying to help might be counterproductive though.
I think you need to review how your phone is configured too... You might also try using a hardware based phone, or at least properly configure xlite, it is configure for ice, etc., which makes me think the softphone is not properly configured to begin with as it relates to network traversal t begin with. Do you have a polycom or other hardphone test to test against, or bria?
