Have you tried doing packet captures to see what is being sent out the PBX, what is being sent out the Gateway, etc. to see just where the number being received by the called party is coming from. Seems without knowing what device is actually developing the incorrect CallerID, it's difficult to know what device to troubleshoot. Having a clear understand of what each device is sending out may help narrow things down a bit.

Set it to the 10 digit DID and the outbound Caller ID shows 16102 for the extension 6102 instead of the 10 digit number. With nothing set on the user account and the Caller ID set on the user group, it still shows the 16102 instead of using the user group setting. I also tried changing the transform keep digits setting to 0 even though transform extension was NOT checked. Other ideas? Thanks, Roy _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/ _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/
