3 things:

1. If you run ifconfig and it shows the mask you want, I think it is safe to
assume there mask has changed, let's not revisit this pice, let's look at
the following:

2. If you run

sipxproc --state

Does sipxconig (ConfigServer) show it's state as running? If not, look at:

3. /usr/bin/sipxconfig.sh and change the required database version from 11
to 12, then save and restart services with

service sipxecs restart

Realize you are on a development/beta version, not the most stable
release... I would not recommend for production use quite yet.
