All, We recently have run into some intermittent issues with some of our Polycom 335s. I am wondering if anyone else has run into this. When phone rings, and is answered it continues to ring. If our techs hits the hook flash several times it will eventually answer. Sometimes the call will go directly to speakerphone even though the handset was lifted. I have upgraded the software as well as did a full file system format, however, the phones continue to experience this odd behavior.
Has anyone seen this with this model? Should I RMA/replace?
