I have very new 4.2.1 install with a mix of Polycom 500, 335 and 6000 phones. It seems the outbound calls from the Polycom 335 and 6000 phones "sometimes" get stuck in the Active Calls views. Claiming that calls are in progress and lasting for hours, when they were short few minute calls. I experienced this last week, restarted CDR and they went away. Same issue seems to be happening today. Where should I start to diagnose this issue?
