FYI,
This is not an issue for me anymore.
It was related to calls dropping because of a different issue I'm
working on right now.
These active calls that were showing up were calls that had been placed
on hold and then failed to resume.

By the end of the day, I will have up to 7 pages of 'active'
calls that aren't really active. I'm aware of what can cause
this, but don't believe it is dropped packets in my case. It
would seem if there were this many dropped packets, there would
be issues call quality issues.
