By the end of the day, I will have up to 7 pages of 'active' calls that
aren't really active. I'm aware of what can cause this, but don't
believe it is dropped packets in my case. It would seem if there were
this many dropped packets, there would be issues call quality issues.

phones "sometimes" get stuck in the Active Calls views. Claiming that
calls are in progress and lasting for hours, when they were short few
minute calls. I experienced this last week, restarted CDR and they
went away. Same issue seems to be happening today. Where should I
start to diagnose this issue?
