We have been using Ingate SIParators for some time. They have been certified with most SIP Trunking providers and sipXecs. Their latest release includes an IDT/IPT module that kills sipvicious attacks at the firewall.
The only short coming we have found is that their software does not fully support the use of both public interfaces so that you can load balance or provide redundancy across networks.
