You need to be more descriptive in your configuration, type of call, etc.

Are these calls phone to phone (what is the other device, what firmware on
both), phone to gateway (what is the other device, what firmware on both).
What version of sipXecs?  How are the WAN locations connected (VPN?, Private
Circuit?).

Don't expect anyone to read your mind or know what you are talking about.
