I'm sure I'm missing something obvious here. Are there some simple steps to using the EFK settings in 4.4? I'm following bits and pieces of directions from different places. I'm not sure where to do what. I used the template file provided by Jim to rule out I was doing something wrong with my config file. I uploaded it as an unmanaged TFTP file and activated it. I tried putting the file name in Phone groups, group, Custom Configuration. That doesn't seem to do anything. Can anyone give me some steps for using this in 4.4?
