So it seems that Heisenberg works here. Turning on/off the debug level for Voicemail and Autoattendant and Media Services seems to have "solved" his problem. 76 messages that were in his Inbox are now in his Deleted folder. He can listen to all the messages on his phone and thru the web interface including the newly deleted messages. I told him to reboot the phone as his sNom phone is not displaying a light for Message Waiting. It still doesn't after the reboot.
