it sounds as if the FreeSWITCH reload never happened at upgrade (would have
been observable in jobstatus). it is always advisable to resend server
profiles after an update/upgrade and to observe the job status.

a FreeSWITCH reload failure may not provide a flagged status so a human
overview is desirable.
