Hi all, We are using Polycom 560 and 650 phones. I've followed the instructions found in the wiki to set distinct ringtones for internal and external calls (http://wiki.sipfoundry.org/display/sipXecs/Distinct+ringtones+for+internal+and+external+calls?focusedCommentId=11305078#comment-11305078) but no matter what ringtones I set, there is no change in the ringtones of internal and external calls after I push the profile to the phone. Can someone tell me what I'm missing?
