Maybe in the system MOH directory, but not in ACD queue audio. You can upload as many files as you want, but it will only play the single file that is selected. Otherwise it would shuffle in my welcome greeting for this queue and other queues, as ACD audio is available to all ACD queues.
The text underneath queue audio says "The queue audio played repeatedly to the caller until the queue either routes the call to an agent or to another queue. Several files can be uploaded and selected." However there is no way to select several files. I'm not sure if that is just a wording issue, or the feature is not working as designed. Either way, it appears I have no choice but to combine audio files into a single queue audio file. Let's say I want to have 3 WAV files played back to back, I can upload multiple files, but is there a way to select all 3 to play?
